I was so impressed with ****** wealth of knowledge and expertise in our in home consultation. The companies variety of products/finishing were impressing. I appreciated the lifetime warranties and certification by ********* to insure quality for the lifetime of the product. She was simply a pleasure to work with and I would choose her over and over again on any future remodel. Thank you *****!!

We had our consultation today, and were pleasantly surprised that *** made the process so smooth! He came with plenty of samples and spent time advising us and planning out the shower remodel. We are so excited to have this new product that comes with a life time warranty and will no longer have to worry about a leaking shower! He was professional and knows his products. Today, we met with *** from Quality Craftsmen to plan the remodeling of one of our bathrooms. Unlike the reps from other companies, he arrived with samples of EVERYTHING they offer. He was supremely knowledgeable, extraordinarily patient, and genuinely helpful in every possible way. This company with its workers for the work that I contracted with them did an outstanding performance/job in my bathroom. They removed my contractor's shower and tub bath. Replaced my small shower with a custom built closet. They removed my tub bath and replaced it with a large walk-in shower with all the modern day amenities, to include a legless seat. I looked at 4 companies to replace my bathroom tub with a stand alone shower unit. From the moment ************************* visited I knew I would go with Quality Craftsmen. ***** was exceptional at advising and explaining the products and process. I have no hesitation recommending Quality Craftsmen as a company that you can fully trust for its expertise and integrity. I needed to add extra living space to my house so that I could move my mother in with us. With limited information available on the web, I was able to interview a small number of contractors.
