My review of "Quality Craftsmen":In September 2021 my elderly parents decided that they needed a walk-in tub. They contacted "Quality Craftsmen" because they were "************** Certified". The company sent a salesman to meet with them and after discussion, agreed they liked the walk-in tub concept. The salesman did not explain what an "e-signature" was nor did my elderly parents (mom is 73, dad is 78) know what it entails. They ended up signing a contract without even realizing it.
