I meet with a representative of Quality Craftsmen and signed a contract. I had three business days to canceled the contract, which I did. I notified the loan company that I had cancelled the contract therefore would not need the loan.The loan company informed me that Quality Craftsman had already accepted $6,000 as a down payment and I could not cancel the contract. This company, Quality Craftsmen, will drive you nuts asking over and over and over by text messages, phone calls and emails if you will confirm your upcoming appointment. They just dont believe you the first or second or third time you confirm the upcoming appointment. I confirmed 3 times by phone as well as text messages, but the phone calls continued. The only reason I gave 1 star because I had to,that being said this company is anything but professional I hired them on April 2022 to remodel my bathroom I was told it would take about 1 week so I agreed..had to pay half up front 10,815.So after all the lies and delays it took over 5months to have my master bathroom completed.The first crew sent out did a handyman special made alot of mistakes not professional like I was promised.. so company had to send another crew out to fix it.All they did was put bandaid on the problem... read more

Ive been waiting to get my bathroom done since April. I paid for my material and was told my bathroom would done at the end of July and that didnt happen and than I was told August 25th of 2022. I call the company to see if I was scheduled this week to get started on my bathroom and of course I was not. I wish I would have chose another company because this one doesnt follow through or communicate with their customers. Im very disappointed with Quality Craftsmen.

My review of "Quality Craftsmen":In September 2021 my elderly parents decided that they needed a walk-in tub. They contacted "Quality Craftsmen" because they were "************** Certified". The company sent a salesman to meet with them and after discussion, agreed they liked the walk-in tub concept. The salesman did not explain what an "e-signature" was nor did my elderly parents (mom is 73, dad is 78) know what it entails. They ended up signing a contract without even realizing it. I offer this company a one-star rating for its timeliness, workmanship, and integrity (failure to keep their word).
