The shower in my master bathroom was leaking and needed to be repaired. After consulting with ******************* and his staff, I decided to replace and upgrade the entire shower. They did the job on time and on budget. Their workmen were extremely neat (they cleaned up each night before leaving) and very professional. The job turned out absolutely beautiful. I ultimately sold that home a year or so later and the buyer said the master bathroom sealed the deal. I would use them again and again.

Quality Craftsmen, LLC did my home renovation in the spring of 2021. I am very pleased with the workmanship of their apprentices and everyone was very cordial to work with. Making major changes to your home is always stressful but I'm so pleased with the results. I love the upgrades and would do it all again. When they say quality they mean it!Honest and dependable. Detail oriented. Fair priced with full discussion of the customers wants and needs with input as to realistic and lasting results. Made my house a home.

I meet with a representative of Quality Craftsmen and signed a contract. I had three business days to canceled the contract, which I did. I notified the loan company that I had cancelled the contract therefore would not need the loan.The loan company informed me that Quality Craftsman had already accepted $6,000 as a down payment and I could not cancel the contract. This company, Quality Craftsmen, will drive you nuts asking over and over and over by text messages, phone calls and emails if you will confirm your upcoming appointment. They just dont believe you the first or second or third time you confirm the upcoming appointment. I confirmed 3 times by phone as well as text messages, but the phone calls continued. I finally asked for a supervisor in an effort to stop the continuous aggravation of phone call after phone call, and I was then told they could not uphold my appointment for ... read more
