We contacted *******************, owner of Quality Craftsmen, recently to do some exterior repair and renovation of our home prior to a home appraisal. Because of our short time constraint needing to have the work done, Zett and his crew were a tremendous help by rearranging some work for one of his crews so that he could expedite having our work completed prior to the appraisal. I used Quality Craftsmen to repair a major sinkhole on our property which they did quickly and efficiently. I also used them on another project to replace some rotted wood and front door frame. They communicated the exact process, decisions to be made and set appropriate timeline expectations. I have recommended them many times and would definitely use them again. They are a business with high integrity!

The shower in my master bathroom was leaking and needed to be repaired. After consulting with ******************* and his staff, I decided to replace and upgrade the entire shower. They did the job on time and on budget. Their workmen were extremely neat (they cleaned up each night before leaving) and very professional. The job turned out absolutely beautiful. I ultimately sold that home a year or so later and the buyer said the master bathroom sealed the deal. I would use them again and again.

Quality Craftsmen, LLC did my home renovation in the spring of 2021. I am very pleased with the workmanship of their apprentices and everyone was very cordial to work with. I meet with a representative of Quality Craftsmen and signed a contract. I had three business days to canceled the contract, which I did. I notified the loan company that I had cancelled the contract therefore would not need the loan.The loan company informed me that Quality Craftsman had already accepted $6,000 as a down payment and I could not cancel the contract. The representative would have to return the $6,000 and then cancel the contact.I contacted the home office and they acknowledged that the contract was cancelled ... read more
