The experience was great from presentation in the home through cleanup after insulation. People extremely knowledgeable and professional. Install team of **** and ****** were pleasant to work with.The new walk-in shower was beyond expectations. I was told to expect work to start 4-6 weeks out, they completed the job in 13 days!

The 2 man crew were very polite, cleaned up after themselves and finished the job in about 5 hours. Our shower looks awesome!
Quality Craftsman is great. *****, my Project Consultant had great follow up in a very timely manner. The installation crew was on time and worked very hard. They did an excellent job, very professional. Covered everything in the bedroom and the floor, great job on the clean up. I could not be more happy with the results. Their pricing was well below their competitors. Would highly recommend this company.
The installers did a great job! Very professional and respectful. They completed the shower makeover in a day and a half removing all of the old tile and installed new floor to ceiling walls, shower bench, grab bars and new magnetic shower head. The low barrier roll-in shower is for my husband who is disabled. The transformation is amazing.
They came out for a review of a bathroom remodel, provided some good suggestions. Will be back since it went a bit late.

I had two bathrooms converted from tub/shower to walk-in shower. The experience was excellent from beginning through completion.I had three companies estimate the project. Quality Craftsmen was in the middle for cost but were willing to negotiate to a slightly lower level to get the job.The price was not cheap but it was fair. They have excellent customer service we are currently awaiting a technician to come out and give us an estimate but so far things have been very smooth.
