I am reporting on the first contact with the company only. I have not gotten any job done yet but their representative sounded knowledgeable, empathetic, and was helpful answering all my questions.
Initial conversation very professional. Awaiting next steps, options and availability.
I had a tub to shower conversion. The design consultant ***** was very well prepared and knowledgeable about the company, industry, and product. The installers were ******* and ******** and were very precise and great. It took 2 long days, and they cleaned up afterwards and I would request them again to install my vanities.
I was very impressed with my consultation. ****** was so professional and very informative. I am so excited to get started on my bathroom remodel. I chose the right company for the job.
Looking forward to my bathroom renovation then my kitchen is next, if everything goes smoothly.
