We had a great experience from the guys who came and installed our new shower. They did everything in a timely manner and kept me informed during all phases of the project. Also had a great experience with the salesman who came out, he was very helpful in our choosing of products. We love our new shower and its beautiful! Thanks to everyone involved!

****** and his Son's came to my Parent's home to install their new shower by Quality Craftsmen. It is beautiful and very well made. It exceeded our expectations. ****** and his men did a great job installing it for them. They went above and beyond, installing insulation in the walls where there was none, but was needed, and changing out old and faulty pipes. Every detail was discussed before installation and any issues or concerns along the way were addressed. Excellent job! Thank you!

I had work in my basement from an A/C issue, and they got it all done in less than anticipated and made the process easy. The owner explained everything and was very responsive throughout the process. Would recommend!

Our tub cracked a few months ago and we put some Putty down and that helped until we found quality Craftsman. ******* (I hope I spell that right) came out with her awesome personality and knowledge of products and Company and gave us a quote that worked for us. When our products were ordered ****** came out and replaced our tub and shower within a couple of days. There was a small issue with the shower faucet and ****** came right out the next morning and repaired it and the shower/tub have been working wonderfully. I recomm... read more
