We love the bathroom remodel. Everyone brags on it when they see it. One small issue was fixed right away after I called our sales representative, Jackson. He was so helpful in helping us pick the things to make our bathroom beautiful. We appreciate Jackson and he showed a lot of patience with us.
The sales associate with whom I spoke was knowledgeable and courteous in setting up an appointment for a bathroom estimate.
I am usually skeptical about bathroom/or any remodeling but I was Not rushed into deciding a lot of patience as I went back n forth a few times. Very professional & understood my vision . I Am excited to have this started. The only downside is the amount of time it will take for me to have the work done… with suppliesnot already in stock
We hired Quality Craftsmen to remodel our bathroom. Grace represented the company in a professional, knowledgeable, interesting and enjoyable way. The process played out just as it was explained to us. The crew was incredible. They were respectful and kind, but most importantly experienced and knowledgeable. The project included moving the toilet, creating a shower where a tub used to be, electric changes, flooring, widening the doorway and cabinet with countertop install.
