That was a pretty long time ago. I liked the installers. They were quick. They were clean. They seemed to know what they were doing. A neighbor referred them to me. An A grade is what I would give them.
I've had them work on my house a couple times. They seem like they worked pretty quick and pretty efficiently and effectively. They just did what they said they'd do, and I think I got value out of my home because of the work they did. The first job they did was the re-siding of my home and a little bit of roofing work as well. Then for the second job, I had all new windows put in. They did that too. I'd give them an A.
They were pretty good. They answered my calls and responded promptly. The price was good too. Their techs were good. They did windows and doors for me. I chose them because of a window place on the Internet. I'd give them an A.
The work is not quite done but we did get the permits and we did get the architect drawings so everything is going fine. They're doing some basement remodeling. The customer service is very, very good. They're an A for excellent.
I liked that they put a manager in charge. Vitalli was his name at the time. I dealt with him on roof replacement, skylight replacement, back door, replacement of my windows. He did some finishing detail himself and made sure everything was working. Other companies kept telling me I could get replacement windows. Paul, the owner of the company at the time, came and showed me why for a little bit more money I should get totally new windows because I needed new frames. They did a fantastic job. There was nothing I didn't like about them. They did siding and stoneface in the front of the house. I chose them because I'd heard good things about them. I'd give them a B+. It wasn't so much them. Weather had a lot to do with it.
They were always here, and they did their job good, so everything is fine. They did siding for us, and we’d rate them as an A.
I had a generally good experience with Global Home Improvement. They were responsive. I only have good things to say about them. They installed windows for me, and I'll give them an A+.
The company is OK, but the credit company is expensive. The workers are good. The bank was the only problem. Global Home Improvement did Marvin windows for me. They're a very good company. They should just choose a different bank that's more flexible. I’d give them an A+.
