I love Global Home Improvement. The fellow was very nice and very pleasant when he came over, and he did everything that I expected him to do. He fixed a window for me, which I couldn't get up or down. He also sealed a drafty window, and we‘ve also had a metal roof put on and new windows put in. They’re an A. I have no problems.
It was fine. This was like months and months ago. They're friendly and knowledgeable. They sided my house. They had to come back so I would give them a B.
I had a positive experience.
They were on time, they answered questions that I had, they cleaned up, and they were just generally efficient and nice. They put in windows. They were chosen by my condo association. I’d give them an A.
That was a pretty long time ago. I liked the installers. They were quick. They were clean. They seemed to know what they were doing. A neighbor referred them to me. An A grade is what I would give them.
I've had them work on my house a couple times. They seem like they worked pretty quick and pretty efficiently and effectively. They just did what they said they'd do, and I think I got value out of my home because of the work they did. The first job they did was the re-siding of my home and a little bit of roofing work as well. Then for the second job, I had all new windows put in. They did that too. I'd give them an A.
They were pretty good. They answered my calls and responded promptly. The price was good too. Their techs were good. They did windows and doors for me. I chose them because of a window place on the Internet. I'd give them an A.
The work is not quite done but we did get the permits and we did get the architect drawings so everything is going fine. They're doing some basement remodeling. The customer service is very, very good. They're an A for excellent.
I liked that they put a manager in charge. Vitalli was his name at the time. I dealt with him on roof replacement, skylight replacement, back door, replacement of my windows. He did some finishing detail himself and made sure everything was working. Other companies kept telling me I could get replacement windows. Paul, the owner of the company at the time, came and showed me why for a little bit more money I should get totally new windows because I needed new frames.
