They installed my windows, and they did a fine job. I chose them because they had the Marvin brand that I wanted. They get an A.
They were here last year doing some siding for us. They actually re-sided the entire house. They were very responsive to me. They did this in the middle of February. They spent about a month out here in freezing cold weather and didn't complain once about anything. Between a few snowstorms, they finished it up as quickly as they possibly could. They get an A.
They didn't give me any problems. They did roofing, siding, and windows. I chose them because they got me financing for five years. I'd give them an A.

They couldn't be better. They replaced windows for me, and they get five stars. Everything was perfect. I'd give them an A.
I've had two minor customer service incidents, and they were out very quickly. There was one window that needed to be touched up from the installation, and I had the question of a leak. They checked it, and it wasn't a leak. It was stains that were on the ceiling before, but they did some work anyway. They did windows and a roof for me, plus skylights. I'd give them an A so far.
They put windows in for us. They did a good job. We're satisfied. We had someone come in. They changed the windows on our second floor. Everything went smoothly. They treated the house with respect and finished in a timely manner. So far, we've only done the second floor. I would say they're a B only because I felt like they were very expensive.
It was about a year and a half ago when they installed some windows. I think the product is OK. I just think it was extremely overpriced. We didn't really know that at the time. Unfortunately we hadn't shopped around enough. But we understand that now and most calls we get from them we don't even respond. We're not that happy with the way they handled what they did for us.
