They did a fine job. I liked that they were fast. We had 12 windows replaced and it took maybe three or four hours. That's what I liked most about them. They were in, they were out, they were clean. They didn't make a mess. It was very professional and a quick installation. It was just replacement windows so it was pretty easy to do. It was not like an addition or anything. They couldn't be better. They replaced windows for me, and they get five stars. Everything was perfect. I'd give them an A.
I've had two minor customer service incidents, and they were out very quickly. There was one window that needed to be touched up from the installation, and I had the question of a leak. They checked it, and it wasn't a leak. It was stains that were on the ceiling before, but they did some work anyway. They did windows and a roof for me, plus skylights. I'd give them an A so far.
They put windows in for us. They did a good job. We're satisfied. We had someone come in. They changed the windows on our second floor. Everything went smoothly. They treated the house with respect and finished in a timely manner. So far, we've only done the second floor. I would say they're a B only because I felt like they were very expensive.

They arrived when they were supposed to, did a very good job on the installation, and cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant. We had a tough situation with a charge we weren’t expecting, and they were really good about it. They removed the charge. We really had no issue with them. We had all of our windows replaced in our home. We spoke to the salesman, and from the few companies we spoke to, we chose to go with them. We would grade them as an A.
