The project manager will call and meet with you as many times as you wish until you are satisfied he understands your requirements. You can always call the Global Home Improvement office and the ladies are knowledgeable about your project and they put you in touch with your project manage quickly. You simply cannot go wrong using Global Home Improvement. I will have them back to install a new roof on my main house.
Had a cedar roof ripped offed and replaced with new metal roof and gutters on a very steep pitch. The roof looks good on the house and onsite crew from Global was professional and courteous throughout the project.
I had been putting off replacing my upstairs windows for years, simply because of the anticipated mess and painting that I expected to have to do when the job was completed. What a pleasant surprise. The house looks cleaner and neater than before they arrived, both inside and out. No work on part.Wish I had done this sooner.
