We were very satisfied with the process, product and craftsmanship of our project, which was extensive and included siding, windows and a front door. Customer service was great all the way through. The teams that worked on our home were hard-working, courteous and skilled at their craft, especially considering that much of the work was completed in inclement weather. Overall, a very good value for a very good product.

I would highly recommend Global Home Improvement to friends and family. My new windows are not only beautiful, but the workmanship provided by our installers was excellent. D'mitry and his crew are professional and knowledgeable technicians, Dawn kept me up to date on all aspects of the project. Top notch company, product and personnel.

Global Home Improvement was great. I had no problems with them. They had a pretty good project manager, so he kept things on track, and we didn't experience many issues. There was very little to be concerned about. They did window replacement. They would get an A because they did a really good job. I would recommend them to others.
They worked with us to get the end product that we were hoping to get. They made a portaco for us. I would say it's a new product so we'll see how it holds up but I guess probably an A or a B+.
