I’ve had them out on two occasions, but the most recent one was for new windows and doors in my garage, new gutters, flashing, and installing a window in my house as well. I found out about them years ago. The salesman's a great guy—very personable and easy to work with. The workers themselves are very professional and just work nonstop. They did windows and a French door. They were nice, and it was a good installation. I’d give them an A.
They did good work. They did siding on the house for me, and the price was great. They explained everything really well, and the workers did a great job. They get an A+.
We had about 22 Marvin Infinity replacement windows put in. I found them because we were looking for Marvin windows—you can't just get them from anyone. The workers were very thorough and did a really good job. They said that's what they were going to do, and they prided themselves on that. They installed my windows, and they did a fine job. I chose them because they had the Marvin brand that I wanted. They get an A.
They were here last year doing some siding for us. They actually re-sided the entire house. They were very responsive to me. They did this in the middle of February. They spent about a month out here in freezing cold weather and didn't complain once about anything. Between a few snowstorms, they finished it up as quickly as they possibly could. They get an A.
They didn't give me any problems. They did roofing, siding, and windows. I chose them because they got me financing for five years. I'd give them an A.
It was about a year and a half ago when they installed some windows. I think the product is OK. I just think it was extremely overpriced. We didn't really know that at the time. Unfortunately we hadn't shopped around enough. But we understand that now and most calls we get from them we don't even respond. We're not that happy with the way they handled what they did for us.
