Our project manager Dmitry provided exceptional customer service. He and his crew were skillful and knowledgeable. We would definitely hire them for any future projects and recommend them without hesitation.
Purchasing windows is somewhat stressful. However, I found dealing with Global to be relatively stress-free. My installer, Dimitriy, did a phenomenal job from measuring for the window size to the actual installation. Both he and his partner worked diligently to complete the installation within the given timeframe. The quality of workmanship was outstanding.
I was impressed with Global's professionalism in all areas of the job. Our project manager, Mark, was responsive and available even though he was not always on site. Ziggy and his crew were polite and worked hard. We had a complicated job of removing old stucco off the entire house, and replaceing it with Hardie plank along with new soffits and gutters. I would not hesitate to hire them for another project our home might need.
