They did what they said they were going to do. They've done siding, roofing, and windows for me, and everything was fine. I'd give them an A+.
They put my windows in. They were good. I think that's what they did. Those old windows had to come out. That was done about two years ago. One window broke and then they replaced it. I would give them a B.
I've had three different jobs done with Global. I've had windows installed. I had a roof put on at another property, and I had a deck put on by them. Three different contracts. I chose them because I used to be a contractor and I was looking to get work done. They just seemed they were the easiest ones for me to deal with because most contractors are a real pain in the ***. I liked that I didn't have to do any work. They replaced windows, and I would grade them as an A because we haven't had any problems.
For one thing, they had every window put in my home. It was over nine windows. They cleaned up behind themselves. It's no problem. They come in, do their work, and leave. Then I had them come out and do cement all around my home. I haven't had a problem with them. I'd been hearing about them for years and years. I liked everything. I liked the quality of the work and the quality of the installation, and the result was great. I could not have asked for more. They did window installation, and I’d rate them as an A.
It was fine. I liked their customer service. They delivered the services on time or as discussed. The workmanship was great. The guys who came out to do the service were professional. They left the job site clean. I didn't have any complaints. They replaced the siding on our house. One of our neighbors had also used them so that's how we found out about them.
