It was fine. I liked their customer service. They delivered the services on time or as discussed. The workmanship was great. The guys who came out to do the service were professional. They left the job site clean. I didn't have any complaints. They replaced the siding on our house. One of our neighbors had also used them so that's how we found out about them. Global Home Improvement was great. I liked everything they did. They did roofing and siding work for me. I chose them because my neighbor across the street had told me about them. I'd give them an A.
They did everything they said they would, and they were very prompt and very efficient. They replaced windows in our house. I’d give them an A.

I'd give them a B. It just took too long to—the whole process took too long. They could have improved by going a little faster.
