Bath Masters was terrific, and the team installing was so personable I kind of felt sad when I had to say goodbye when the job was done.. We had a two new showers installed and the team of Spencer and Amaya, who did the work were personable and professional, courteous, thoughtful and smart. Bath Masters is great. We had a new shower installed and the two young people, Spencer and Amaya, who did the work were personable and very polite. It was very refreshing to see two younger people so enthusiastic about doing the job 100% correctly. It was Amaya's first job, and she was very impressive. My wife and I decided to have Bath Masters after a meeting with their salesman representative...Blake! He laid out options and the materials available to us. We wanted to convert our full bath to a full walk-in shower bath and a total remodel of it! We signed and things happened in the time-frame he gave us. I recently had a need to have remodeling work done on my Master bathroom. I called Master Bath and a representative was scheduled for the following day. Upon reviewing my situation, the representative made suggestions that fixed my problems and was within my budget. My construction date was set on that date, Oliver and Patrick, the two construction specialists arrived on time and started the demo process. within hours they started the rebuilding process. Our walk in tub was scheduled to be installed the first week of October. Due to a medical emergency, the installation had to be pushed back a few weeks. No problem! Spencer, Zach and Don installed the tub in a timely manner and any questions we had were addressed in a professional manner. We are pleased!

They tore out old tiles around the bathtub and wainscoting, installed acrylic wall sheeting, and installed new Moen fixtures throughout the bathroom.
