What a beautiful new bathroom I now have. The shower looks so pretty. Expanding the closet looks roomy and organized. The new double vanity is bigger than I thought it would be. Amaya and Pat did a wonderful job. They were patient with my many questions and interruptions to show off their work to my family. I am disappointed that the shower doors and glass piece is not ordered and installed as of yet. Amaya made several calls with no response. We made the right choice with Otterly Baths. Jared and Aaron arrived on time and ready to work. They kept us informed all along the way. They ran into an unexpected glitch, got it solved, and forged forward. They assured that we weren't without water for too long. They cleaned up and put their tools away prior to leaving each evening. We have a small bathroom, so they worked in tight quarters and did a great job. They stopped what they were doing to answer any questions. Utterly Bass was a great company to work with, and the two gentleman that came out and did all the installation. Wyatt and Clayton were awesome very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any bath installations you might have.

Installers were respectful of our home, hard-working, conscientious, meticulous, and extremely attentive to detail. Phenomenal company and all-around experience! Highly recommend them.
Decided to put a walk in shower in the one bathroom. Everything from consultation, communication from the team, to installation was spot on. Very professional. Highly recommend their service.
