I called and got a quote over the phone for cleaning and flushing a tankless water heater. When Technician showed up he gave me a price 4 times higher than the original quote. At that point I felt trapped, I either went along with the job or paid them for coming out to my house. Almost felt Like a BAIT N SWITCH type of scam. I ended up having the job done because I needed it BUT, I DID NOT appreciate that type of bait n switch. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for my plumbing needs next time.
