Today we had Tyler doing the maintenance check for our a/c. He was very efficient and personable throughout. We would definitely recommend Southport to anyone!!

The repairman, Joe *., was prompt, informative, candid and thorough. He was not a pressure salesman, but we decided together that our 8-9 year old water heater needed replacement. He will replace it tomorrow.

Number one on my scale, first appointment 0700-0730 is very beneficial to me as I am a technician that needs to get on the road early. Down side, three visits that started with a tune up, a week later heater blower did not function, return visit (different tech) which I was charged for a fried circuit board was discovered, coincidence? Next visit was canceled, part was forgotten or was not put on truck, time to return to get part and return to job site would have cut into my route, no problem I understand things happen to us... read more
