Number one on my scale, first appointment 0700-0730 is very beneficial to me as I am a technician that needs to get on the road early. Down side, three visits that started with a tune up, a week later heater blower did not function, return visit (different tech) which I was charged for a fried circuit board was discovered, coincidence? Next visit was canceled, part was forgotten or was not put on truck, time to return to get part and return to job site would have cut into my route, no problem I understand things happen to us... read more

Dalton, the technician that came to troubleshoot my 22 year old water heater and ultimately replace it with a new one did an excellent job. He was polite and friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Southport Home Services for your water heater needs.

For reference: I got a new water heater and some duct work done.Service: Absolutely impeccable. I was not sure what I would get as this was my first time working with Southport but all the technicians were polite and friendly. They went above and beyond and left the area better than when they arrived.
