Jacob *********** From Southport Home Services provided good service while inspecting my three furnaces for this winter season. He explained the review of each unit and solicited questions. Nice work. The messaging system, appointment process, and communication with the office in the other hand has area for improvement. After the appointment was finally scheduled, I still received text messages to schedule an appointment- and AFTER the appointment, I was texted to schedule my service appointment.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Southport Home Services. I received a notification about 30 minutes before he arrived along with a photo. He was polite and respectful of my home. The routine maintenance on the furnace was completed quickly and efficiently. The cost was fair. I have used their services for years and will continue to do so.
