Called and got service call the next morning. Technician Anthony was polite, professional and competent. He diagnosed the problem and got my humidifier running again. We are having additional work done next week to add an air purifier and will make Southport our first choice for HVAC work in the future.

I had a good experience. My tech spent a lot of time explaining everything until I was satisfied and didn't overcharge. I appreciate honesty as I am rather handy, so I would have known if something was off. I tried to repair the furnace myself before he came, because I know how to fix most issues. We have been using Southport for our HVAC needs since 2012, at that time they installed a brand new carrier system and have been coming out twice a year for tuneups ever since. They also installed some additional gas line pipes in our basement. Nothing but professional and friendly service every time! I highly recommend them.

Have used Southport for many years and have always found their service and people very professional. Over summer my A/C compressor failed and within three days they had a new one installed. Recently, my 20 year old Carrier furnace showed signs of failure and once again they were there within days to install a new one. Follow up on both installations superb. They stand behind their word. Good people to deal with!

Andrew *, from Southport Home Services, repaired a leak in a pipe behind the wall between my garage and family room. (I recently had cabinets and countertop installed, and as it turns out, the installers put a screw in the wall that pierced and went through a water pipe leading to my outside faucet.) Andrew gave me an estimate, and once I approved the estimate, removed the damaged pipe and faucet, and installed a new water pipe and outdoor faucet. Dalton was very prompt, courteous and helpful! We had a broken pipe, with water running under our house. Dalton crawled in the crawl space under the house and found the problem immediately. He gave us an accurate estimate, explained what he would do, completed the work, and showed us the piece of pipe with the hole in it. We would give Dalton the highest rating. He did an outstanding job!!! Five stars!!
