Service technician very knowledgeable and offered information on other services that Southport offers and we might need in the future Technician was on time and very efficient.

They took care of the problem during the visit but missed their 8-noon appointment. Showed up around 1230 which is the only reason for a 4 star vs 5 star rating.

Our technician Dylan R. was very friendly, professional, and informative before, during, and after the installation of our new furnace and central air unit. Our salesman Nathan S. was also very friendly and informative and we never felt pressured into buying anything from Southport.

Fast professional service. Price was a bit high but had to be done quickly. Seemed expensive for actual work required but due to needing the repairs we had to act.Have used this company in the past and always satisfied just seems like they are on the expensive side.
