The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and terms. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job including clean up. One minor adjustment to the front door was required after several weeks, and they responded immediately. The doors look and work great. I am completely satisfied.

Things went well with the project. I did have to go back and caulk a few cracks they caused in the window molding during installation.

I have ordered the windows, but not yet had them installed. The sales rep was very knowledgable and polished in making his sales presentation. There is a fair amount of pressure to sign a contract immediately based on the promise of price incentives available only that day. Strongly recommend you wait for all quotes before making a decision or sceduling this company for the last sales presenation so you know where their price stands in relation to other quotes.

The salesman was very high pressure, but I could see the value in the product. The installation crew was prompt and courteous. They put drop cloths on the floor. I had already covered furniture that could not be moved out of the room. They were very efficient. The window had to be cut out to accomodate the new door. They were very careful and worked well with my electrician, who was there to re-route the electrical line for the wall outlets. They cleaned up well, and explained the warranty. The door is beautiful!

Good customer service all around from start to end (process involves sales, technical eval/measurements, installation). Product pricing on uppper end, but quality is next to none. Great security features in doors.
