the contractor was good ...haven't had the windows long enough to tell if they make a difference but they look good.....I had to give a rating I picked the middle until I know if the product makes a difference

Pricier than their competitors, but they had superior knowledge, answered all our questions and installed a great product. I would recommend them to others.

The product is wonderful and the installers Steve & Brian did a great job. The only "problem" we had was with the salesman, Jeff. He came off like a "used car salesman". "If you sign with us today we'll take 10% off . . . " (blah blah blah). If the product wasn't so good, we would have sent him on his way. The day of the install he said he'd call later that day or the next morning to check to see how it went. We still haven't heard from him. The product's great, the installers were wonderful.

installed a steel front door replacement. i did not opt for the frame to be replaced. The foreman was highly experienced; they sent 4 people. The doors are custom made. They rehung my storm door free b/c home depot did such a bad job. Some things i thought would be changed, like interior molding around door were not. only the strip they had to remove was changed. Also, the dead bolt lock cover that the bolt goes into was left bare, but the handle slot was replaced. Overall I trusted them and they did a good job. i will follo... read more

The sales rep was very professional, and courteous. The customer service team seemed to never have a clue as to where my project was in completion, and always had to pawn me off to another office. It took us several calls to get someone here to complete the job. When the job was completed, we were really regretful with the way it turned out. The sliding door is WAY too small for functionality. Salesman was very pushy, but other individuals were excellent to work with. Installation crew was very professional.

They have been prompt, straightforward and reliable. The doors have been measured and are being ordered. The project was completed in time. Clean up was excellent. We're very pleased with the doors.
