While the sales pitch was a little higher-pressure than I would have liked, I am pleased with the quality of the windows, and the professionalism of the staff who took follow-up calls and installed my windows, quickly, in the rain.
Great experience start to finish. Initial salesman was a little pushy, but other individuals were excellent to work with. Quoted price was exactly within our price range and negotiations were very smooth. Installation crew was very professional. Recommend highly for similar services.
The guys from See thru windows were great, from the very first step of the process. They were punctual, professional, polite and very neat with their installation and such a pleasure to have as my installers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install new windows. Awesome job guys!
Overall, it was a good experience. I bought sliding glass doors from this place a couple years ago and knew what to expect overall. From the time I signed a contract, it took about 3 weeks for the windows to manufactured and in See-Thru's hands. Through come installation cancellations from other customers and some flexibility in my schedule, they were about to come out and install 8 windows in about 6 hours a couple days after they received them. At this point in time, we've just made our selection and order, so I'll want to comment after our product install. Very impressed with our salesperson who didn't make us get the full "hard sell" pitch when I informed him where we were in our education of door projects. The salesperson had some good suggestions for solving our unique circumstances using his experience in construction.
