The husband and wife team were excellent,On time,Work very well together . Would use them again if I need more work.
replaced the bathtub with a new one. Although there was a 2 inch gap between the new tub and tiles, the installer came back to put in 2 inch tiles that I bought from Home Depot. I love my new tub!
Overall a good experience. They were on time and quickly replaced the 16 windows in my home. The price was reasonable and the overall look of the home has changed dramatically.
Replaced windows on my townhouse. They responded quick, courteous, and easy to work with.
They worked with me to get a solution I loved at a price I could afford. I'm happy with the outcome. They did not do a good job talking through all the details before the job, they just made assumptions and did the work, which was too bad. However, when I saw what they had done and asked them to fix it, they corrected everything with no extra cost, no argument, and a smile on their face. Everyone from the sales to the office to the installation was very nice.
I was really happy with the service from See-Thru Windows. They can and install the windows within the 2 hour timeframe. And they cleaned up behind themselves.
I would recommend See-Thru Windows based on quality alone; however, the prices are outrages, the time to have the door installed (over 3 weeks) is ridiculous especially in my situation when my door was damaged due to a break-in! Also they ordered the wrong locks even after waiting the extended timeframe for the door!!!
Delivery is late, maintenance personell are not what I would expect from a company selling quality doors and windows.
Our experience was excellent. Derek Leiter was our Project Supervisor and I would recommend him to any friend or work associate. The entire process was handled very professionally from the estimate through replacement of two exterior doors. Our experience was so positive, See-Thru Windows is replacing the windows in my parents' townhome.
