While the installalation and sales person were great, the professionalism of the office staff was poor.
They did a good job installing the doors and cleaning up after themself. Door looks very nice
Charlie and his staff were extremely professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable about their product. They stand behind their product 100% and we trust that we are getting one of the best products on the market. They ensured that we received the best customer service from start to finish, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows, sliding glass doors, front doors and even hot tubs, saunas and pools! :)
From the sales rep to the professional install team, this company was very comprehensive and thorough in making sure we understood the project and all costs involved. The product is superior and the professional installation team was incredible. They made us proud of the work they did and we are proud to show all of our neighbors. All detail work was exceptional.
I suggest this company get another installer bec. he didn't use drop cloths to protect my floors.
I haven't received windows yet but I am confident that I will like them. I appreciated the saleman's lack of pushiness and his honesty. I was disappointed in the manager I met at the See Thru showroom in Chantilly who told me that if I ordered my windows there the credit would go to the gentleman who visited my home and did all of the work; whne I checked on this I found out it was not true. So I would warm anyone I recommended to his company to beware of visiting the showroom.
Got a hard sell of product but also felt I got a good product for an acceptable price. Installation and door workmanship very good.
I am very happy with my new door and screen door
They did a sliding glass door for us and did a simply fantastic job. The aesthetics are great and we can tell the insulation is much better than our previous sliding glass door. We highly recommend this company.
