Josh & Tayvan did a great job! Kari was very helpful with updates...a great experience!
I would like to recommend RGS to others but I fear some would not appreciate that sometimes RGS didn't know when and who was scheduled to come. When we would call in the person who answered the phone would usually find out why the first phase was not done and when it would be done. Management at RGS did not seem to be on top of what their craftsmen were doing.
The quality was excellent and we are so happy with the results. The installers were friendly and knew what they were doing.
