Absolutely, overall the service was quick and done well
We recently had RGS install new, aluminum soffit and fascia over our 44 year old wood exterior. It looks beautiful! Not one piece of the remodel could be improved on! The same holds true for the new gutters and downspouts. A perfect job. Highly recommend RGS.
RGS are great to work with. It was a good experience from the beginning to the end! From the estimator Joseph to friendly office reps, Kylie and Kari. Thank you Aaron and Allyson for the stellar work on our new soffit and fascia and for being so helpful. Brandon answered our questions and worked with our schedule and the weather. I would like to recommend RGS to others but I fear some would not appreciate that sometimes RGS didn't know when and who was scheduled to come. When we would call in the person who answered the phone would usually find out why the first phase was not done and when it would be done. Management at RGS did not seem to be on top of what their craftsmen were doing.
