Jerom was excellent. He came and gave us a timely and accurate estimate and explain the whole process to us. Could not ask for better. Looking forward to getting the project done.
Quality of materials we excellent which is why we choose RGS. The sales and final supervisor work was excellent. The job crew was good, but sloppy in some areas, but those were addressed quickly by the company.
They did everything that they were supposed to do in a timely manner.
They worked with us to make sure the installation went well and was done right. Everyone we talked to was very helpful
On the day of the install, I walked out to talk to the installers to ensure they understood what we needed. The installer explained that what we were asking for wasn't necessary. On the first rain storm, all of the water ran right back to our house as I described it would and RGS had to return to fix what could have been remedied at installation. They were fast to get it fixed and very good about it.
