RGS are great to work with. It was a good experience from the beginning to the end! From the estimator Joseph to friendly office reps, Kylie and Kari. I would like to recommend RGS to others but I fear some would not appreciate that sometimes RGS didn't know when and who was scheduled to come. When we would call in the person who answered the phone would usually find out why the first phase was not done and when it would be done. Management at RGS did not seem to be on top of what their craftsmen were doing.
