Easy to work with, good communication and quality work
RGS provided a great service! The work was top quality! The whole process was easy. From my first call to setting up a consultation meeting. Brad met with me to go over the project and give an estimate/bid. He was very friendly and professional. And very knowledgeable. Cristobal did the work on my home. The work was top quality and he was also very friendly and professional. The office staff was kind and helpful and the phone and with processing payment. I highly recommend RGS exteriors.
This should really be 4.5 stars. It was nearly perfect. Great products. Cristobal, our installer, was fantastic. Very professional and friendly. The only hitch in our experience was in scheduling. We were told that someone would call to schedule the install within a couple of weeks of signing up. We called back and we texted to make sure they knew we could only do this on a Friday (and we were flexible with however long that would take.)
