This should really be 4.5 stars. It was nearly perfect. Great products. Cristobal, our installer, was fantastic. Very professional and friendly. The only hitch in our experience was in scheduling. We were told that someone would call to schedule the install within a couple of weeks of signing up. We called back and we texted to make sure they knew we could only do this on a Friday (and we were flexible with however long that would take.) We really liked Kevin, the foreman or Superintendent. He was great at communicating and addressing our concerns. The two men who first came and installed the hardie board made a lot of mistakes and seemed to take their time. They came late and left early and spent a lot of time sitting in the truck. Besides the two men who were tasked to install, Kevin was easy to get ahold of and addressed the repairs that were installed wrong. He fixed a lot of corner issues.
