The lead time to actual work was about four weeks--as indicated by Pond from the start. The workmen (Felipe and one colleague) arrived on time and conducted themselves in a professional manner. The whole process was very smooth. Customer service was very good and Anthony came out to give us an estimate and listened to our concerns. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard for the whole day. They cleaned up at the end of the day and the roof looks great. The crew chief discussed the work before beginning and exchanged some extra boards that were rotten. Overall a great experience.
