They were very good. No problems and they were efficient. They did what they said they were going to do.

Good, but a little expensive. Small leak after new roof was installed, but responded quickly and fixed problem.
A seamless experience from start to finish. Our estimator, Shanti Smith, was very cordial and knowledgeable. He recommended what we needed without any high-pressure sales pitch. The roofing crew did an excellent job!
The work was done on time and clean up afterwards was complete. A year later we had ceiling isues. Black marks that appeared to be leaks appeared on the celing. We called Pond and they responded very quickly. They checked the roof and found no leaks. After careful inspection, however, they did correctly diagnose the problem.
