I solicited 3 bids. Pond's representative was the only one who actually looked in the attic--although all 3 reps. were invited to do so. Pond installed my new roof promptly. They were not the least expensive, but were most professional & reliable. The roofers arrived when promised (as had the estimator), worked steadily for 12 hours, & did a thorough clean-up of all debris. I cannot say enough good things about the guys from Pond. From the professionalism of the sales guy to the last guy there, cleaning up and making sure we were satisfied, this company gets an A plus from me. We got some lower bids, but I feel the product and service we got from Pond was exceptional, and well worth the small increase in expense.
