Inspected skylights and roofing, determined that only skylights were in immediate need of repair. The person who did the estimate, and the billing person were absolutely professional and helpful. <br />
They were wonderful. The estimate was very well done: careful and professional (Mickey is excellent) We had three estimates and we just had a good feeling about Pond. Our instincts were spot-on. The crew was here on time, did a great job and cleaned up completely. Afterward there were a couple of follow up issues and they were completely and immediately responsive, cooperative and the work was and is outstanding. I will use them again and recommend them highly. <br />

work was excellent. Crew was very professional and arrived on time. excellent preparations before work began, covering all plants surrounding the house. Minimum lunch break, offered to use our house for lunch but had lunch outside instead. Clean-up after work was completed was excellent, no debris found on the premise.
