Just had my front door replaced today. It looks fantastic! The guys who installed it were pleasant and professional. The salesman, Matt, explained the whole process to us from start to finish and helped us pick a door in our budget. They offered us financing to help offset the higher costs. My only complaint is it took about 2 months longer than originally projected to receive the door and have it installed. However, since customer service was on top of returning my calls and keeping me informed I consider this a minor issue... read more
Chris and his crew did an awesome job replacing our front door along with screen door. It was cold so they put plastic up to ward off some of the cold. My brother is in a hospital bed and couldn't be out of the room. I thought it was very thoughtful of them to put plastic up and plug in a space heater. They went above and beyond my expectations. The men that installed my window were very polite, on time and it didn't take but an hour to do. I love the window and can't wait to do the others.
We had 2 windows and seamless gutters put on our house in Cooperstown. The NY Sash team was excellent to work with from consult to installation. The consultant Matt came right to the house was very transparent about prices and timelines. Their contractor came out the next day to verify measurements. We’re very pleased with the walk-in shower and window. Nate Hatch did wonderful work and was very efficient, polite, and explained things whenever needed. Harry and Mike were great, too! And Rachel was very helpful when a small issue came up. She solved the problem. We’re very happy!

I had all the windows in my house replaced. These were not replacement windows but windows with new frames, sills and molding. This also included a custom window installation requiring interior sheetrock removal and wall stud modifications. The job took three days to complete with a crew of three. This review is for Bryan, John and Josh, for my project at 317 Gauss Road, Town of Russia (siding). The workmanship was excellent, and they kept me advised as to everything that was taking place. They also left arrangements for my Direct TV antenna to receive the needed final adjustment. The only potentially negative comment I would have is that on the last day, late into the afternoon, they weren't able to devote as much time and effort as I would have liked to detailed cleanup; there were also quite a few nails left around... read more
