The job was done as agreed upon and very timely. Sales and installers were friendly and informative. They made the entire process very easy.
I have had New York Sash install a walk in shower for me and more recently a beautiful sliding patio door. Their work in beyond excellent. I am totally pleased with both. The sales associates are very helpful in advising you on what you need and the installers are very professional and polite. We just had our new walk-in shower installed by Jason. He arrived on time both days, was very pleasant, he was always cleaning up the area he was working in, answered our questions and he was very professional. Our new shower is beautiful. We previously had them install new windows in our home.. they did an awesome job on that too and of course when it came time for a new bathroom update we contacted NY Sash. Chris and Nate were the team that installed 8 windows in my house. They were professional, arrived on time, took care of my house, and cleaned everything when they were done. Above all they were a pleasure to work with! My windows look beautiful! They also replaced the trim around my front door and that came out great! I would highly recommend this company for windows or renovations.
