This is the fourth time we have contracted with NY SASH. We have had them remodel 3 bathrooms in 3 different homes and just had them install 8 new windows in our current home. The crew was amazing! They removed the windows we had and replaced them with beautiful, better, and functionally superior windows during the heaviest snow storm this area has seen in years. In October of 2024, Chris installed all new windows on our top floor; now in February 2025, he did the same for our lower floor. In both instances, we are so very pleased. We can't say enough good things about Chris. From installation to clean-up, everything was done professionally. We said this last time, and, we say it again now-- awesome job Chris and Crew! Matt came to our house and explained what our window and door options were. We observed them on various houses that were remodeled. He was very easy to talk with and answered all questions satisfactory. Josh,Chris and crew did a nice job of replacing 5 windows,bay window and a sliding door. The clean up was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional on the job. They braved 7 degree January cold weather. Not to mention the 4 feet of snow around the house. Great job. Thanks so much.

NY Sash did an excellent job installing my north facing, living room picture window. They worked through a January, freezing, lake effect snow storm, never coming inside to warm up, even though it was offered. They cleaned up inside and out after the install.
