New York Sash is the best place to go to for most home improvement needs. Have had all of our windows replaced by them and we love their work. Also if anything goes wrong they replace them free of charge which is the best part. Workers are very courteous and professional.

Excellent product, excellent installation, very courteous and knowledgeable workers. The installer (Chris), was excellent. Had a mixup on one of the windows which was promptly rectified. All my questions were satisfactorily answered. A little pricey, but as the saying goes “you get what you pay for”. Would highly recommend them to others. Bob P., Marcy

Sean G**** and Keith S****** came to do our bathroom conversion from tub to walk in shower. They were extremely polite to us and each other; professional; knowledgeable; and experienced. They explained all the steps and asked frequently if there were any questions. They worked quickly and efficiently and were cautious to protect the floors and cleaned everything when they were finished. I wish I had more work for them; I would definitely request them again!! ***** ***

I was very pleased by the work Chris and Brian did for me today. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 with no breaks. Their work was outstanding and the did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for any job. Chris is a skilled craftsman.

Sought out New York Sash due to a recommendation from a family member. We contacted New York Sash once we were ready to upgrade our bath/shower. We just have to say that from the sales consultant to the insulation we couldn't be more impressed. Our installer Patrick Brophy was phenomenal! Patrick's people skills, work ethic, and attention to detail were beyond our expectations. Patrick was persistent in making sure all aspects of this project were top-notch. After previously having our windows/doors replaced by Sash, it was an easy decision to have them replace our tub with a shower unit. Patrick, who was on site by himself, did an outstanding job and we are quite pleased with the end result. He was very proficient, meticulous and courteous at all times. He always took time to answer a question or catch us up on what he was doing. Clean up was done as he went along. Patrick was also great with our cats - letting them in/out as he was going in/out.
