From the person who came to give us a free quote, to the person who came and measured, to Sean and Tanner who removed our old shower and base and installed our new one, we have had a wonderful experience with NY Sash. We were extremely pleased with the six (3 double windows ) that were installed this week. Chris and Jeremy were polite and professional and explained everything as they went along. Chris went the extra mile. Some of the new moldings didn’t cover the openings. He had thicker ones with him which needed to be stained and another wood piece added. It was a lot of extra work but neither of them complained. We couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. We highly recommend! ** *** **** ********

New York Sash of Whitesboro, NY, has demonstrated that a so-called lifetime warranty issued for a tub liner was a worthless piece of paper. We bought a bathtub liner several years ago. There were installation issues, and due to those, the liner developed a split. In December, New York Sash was contacted to make good on the warranty.
