Sought out New York Sash due to a recommendation from a family member. We contacted New York Sash once we were ready to upgrade our bath/shower. We just have to say that from the sales consultant to the insulation we couldn't be more impressed. Our installer Patrick Brophy was phenomenal! After previously having our windows/doors replaced by Sash, it was an easy decision to have them replace our tub with a shower unit. Patrick, who was on site by himself, did an outstanding job and we are quite pleased with the end result. He was very proficient, meticulous and courteous at all times. He always took time to answer a question or catch us up on what he was doing. Clean up was done as he went along. Patrick was also great with our cats - letting them in/out as he was going in/out.

Great experience installing my windows and bathroom exhaust fan. Chris and his crew were very polite, clean, and organized. Answered any questions and explained away with a smile.

We hired NewYork Sash to replace six windows and an entry door. The installation crew was prompt, professional, and courteous. The company handled our follow-up concerns readily. Twice, workers were sent out to make corrections/adjustments at our request. This company has been excellent to work with and we would highly recommend them.

Was a little apprehensive of having my windows replaced mid February but installation was perfect. Chris and his crew (Ben and Jeremy) did an awesome job - polite and professional! Finished the job very quickly.

Great job. Love the windows. Easy to clean. Love the fact windows can open slightly at top. And thanks for putting up with the dogs.

Matt & Ryan installed 3 windows for us. They were polite, quiet and did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up after the installations. They worked in the rain and cold without complaint. We would ask for them again anytime. Love the new windows. So much better than the old French Doors we had. Highly recommend.

I recently had my ugly bathroom remodeled by New York Sash, and Sean G**** with the help of Tanner M, did a fabulous job. Highly recommend them to anyone and would gladly have them do work in my home again. Very professional, cleaned up every night before they left and arrived promptly the next morning. I love the new look of my bathroom and could not be happier with the service, Highly recommend. They are the crew I will ask for on my next job.

Patrick and Nate were very professional doing exceptional work. They showed up on time, very friendly, courteous, cleaned up often. Explained what they were doing clearly and answered numerous questions.
