Both technicians who came to my house were courteous and patient through the process of figuring out the sewer issue. I felt like they listened to me and were open to my input on the issue. The problem appears to be solved at this point. I was very overwhelmed the one day ******* came out and he was kind and helped me to calm down. ****** came yesterday to do a maintenance check on my furnace. He was wonderful. I have used him before which is why I requested that he come again. But I have to say, that all the technicians that have come to my home in the two years I have used Lancaster Plumbing, Heating and Electrical have been superb. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and actually put up with my husband who talks a lot. I am very glad I found this company that I trust very much with the maintenance of my A/C, electric, plumbing and heating.

We were vary satisfied with the complete process. Both the sales rep and the equipment rep explained the cost and the install process to our satisfaction. On the day of install, the crew was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The work area was clean when they finished and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. A great experience.
