We discovered a leak in our air Conditioning line. I called and they told us they would send someone out as soon as a technician was available. ****** arrived in a timely manner and discovered the issue within minutes of being here. A mouse had chewed a hole in the line. He fixed the problem and we were up and running again.He was very professional and knowledgeable of his job

I saw my gas hot water heater was leaking a lot on a Friday evening. I called Lancaster, Plumbing and Heating on Saturday. They sent ***** to my house to service the problem. He did a really good job explaining everything and providing me with different options. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the job. He cleaned things up really good after replacing hot water heater. When he was done explained everything he had done. Would recommend Lancaster Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience when my water heater stopped working Easter Sunday. I used the chat feature on Lancaster Plumbing and Heating's web site and requested service on Monday. Promptly at 8AM I received a call getting me set up as a new customer and confirming my issue. Within an hour a technician was at my home. ***** explained everything throughout the process and about 2 hours later, I had hot water on the way. Both ****** who called me and ***** the tech, were fantastic!

Derrick arrived in a timely manner on a late Saturday afternoon call for a leak with our water heater. He resolved the problem very quickly. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend lancaster heating and plumbing. We have always had great service with them.
