I have been a LPH customer for many years. I recently needed to have all of my system checks done and I was able to schedule them all on the same day, which made it very convenient for me. So I had the plumbing check done by Tylor H, my HVAC check done by Eric V, & electrical check done by Ryan S. They were all pleasant, professional, & knowledgeable. I appreciate the explanation of repairs and estimates/options of future upgrades.

Excellent service! When a storm knocked out our power, they were quick to help out and get us back up and running. Professional and took the time to explain what they recommended without pressure or sales pitches. Definitely recommend for plumbing, electrical & HVAC.

I have been using Lancaster Plumbing & Heating for several years and this week had Matt the electrician over to the house for my annual electrical checkup. I told him about a situation in the kitchen which he quickly investigated. This is not the first time Matt has been to our home. As ALWAYS, he was courteous, professional and explained everything to me in detail. The outcome of his inspection and repairs were perfect. I have used their plumbing and HVAC services as well, and never once have I been disappointed.

The company employees that fixed our pipe problem were very professional, courteous and friendly. They even went so far as to clean our bathroom mess from when air was pumped through the line. They went above and beyond. Really appreciated them and showed how well the company treats their customers.
