Really appreciated Chris who was very knowledgeable, polite, and solved our kitchen drain problem quickly. Also gave advice for a monthly treatment we can do to help eliminate the built-up as much as possible. Second time we used this business and very satisfied with them.

Lancaster Plumbing and Heating Technician, James L. , came and took care of my problem with the shower. He knew what the problem was and recommended a fix, but the part he needed was not on his van. He made a call back to the office and the part was located. Another tech was dispatched to bring the part to James. James completed the fix needed in a short time and the shower was back in working order. James was prompt, professional and courteous. Thank you LPH and James L.

The company responded very quickly to my request, and sent a technician out right away. The technician was very professional and quick to meet my plumbing needs. He literally replaced the toilet on the spot. The only comment I have is that I would have preferred a lower toilet, the new one is a bit high.

Jason was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He is very good at handling electrical issues including boxes, smoke detectors, whole house surge protectors, ceiling fans and other general electrical issues. I have been using this company for about two years now. They have completed plumbing, electrical and heating projects. In EVERY case the technicians arrived on time. They were professional, took time to explain if something needed to be fixed, gave an estimate of the cost, and did the work within the time frame they had explained. This company communicated very well before, during and after the work has been finished. I liked their work ethic so well, I signed up for their partner program after the first time they visited.
