The technicians were on time for the appointment and checked everything very carefully. They were very cordial and pleasant to speak with. The Technician explained everything to us in a way we could understand. I felt they were trustworthy and very efficient.
Always on time, friendly, hard working employees. They stay late to finish a job & always clean up afterwards.
Lancaster Plumbing and Heating always make me feel like a priority when I call with a problem. Jeff was prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this Company for your plumbing, heating/ac, electrical needs.

Great service. Everything explained in detail by Andrew. Very prompt service.
We were very pleased with the prompt service. Christy in the office was able to schedule so that I was able to keep a prior appointment. Andrew was prompt, knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed our air conditioner problem. He fixed our problem and it is cooling fine now. Would recommend this company.
Wonderful! I called on Friday and they were here next day. Performed a summer maintenance and addressed my issue as to why AC wasn't working. I've been with them for about 6 yrs now. Always professional and courteous.

As always, I had a positive experience with my tech Andrew. He knows exactly how to look at all I need him to check and take care of. He as always is nice, very respectful , and a real gentleman, all in all. I always have questions to ask and he always tells me what I need to know regarding his field of expertise. So, since I have been using this company for over 13 yrs. now, they will continue to be my service for my needs!!! Thank you again, grateful customer!!!

They are very expensive, but they do good work. They could be a little more flexible with their "coupons".
